I payed for a trip but did not receive an email confirmation

First of all, thank you for making a booking with us.

There might have been some issue. It can happen if:

1. The email confirmation ended up in your Spam folder;
2. There was a typo when introducing email adress;
3. Or we have an internal techinal problem.
